Shipping

All of the prints ordered are sent from a professional Photolab based in Germany.

The prints can be delivered to most places in Europe, If you can’t find an option for your location please get in touch for a custom quote before placing an order. WE currently don’t offer postage to North america.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but expect your order to be shipped and notification of parcel tracking codes 4-6 days after your order placement.

Delivery Times for Europe are around 2 weeks

For the UK Delivery will take around 3 weeks

We are not responsible for any taxes or customs fees applied to international shipments. If any taxes of custom fees are necessary in your country, expect to pay them upon receiving the print.

Returns

Returns/Exchanges are only valid for defective or damaged products.

Please check the box on delivery to check for any damage, if your prints have any damage please send me a few pictures of the damage (preferably the day you receive the items) to -ollie@olivergodboldphotography.com- I can’t offer any refunds or exchanges for damage requests Sent 10 days after having received the package.

To process your refund/Exchange we require a proof of purchase.

Custom orders

The photolab we use offers a huge variety of prints including Canvas, Alu dibond, standard photo papers… If you would like a print in a format that is not offered in the print shop please get in touch to discuss possible options.

Discounts can be arranged for bulk orders to interior designers and art galleries. Please get in touch for a quote.

If you have seen an image in the portfolio section or on one of our social media platforms which you you like as a print (if it isn’t already available on our store) then please get in touch via the contact form.
